Werner, what I see from that image is a complete loss of AP's unique character.
I see something like a mall sitting next to a beach. No boardwalk. Just Disney.
It figures, because the architect also designed parts of downtown Disney.
While I believe he is a fine architect, I seriously doubt he's ever even seen 
AP in person 
judging from the drawing.
