I'm agreeing with you. Point is that a carousel would be very appropriate
again. IMO Casino location's better than between pavilions. Could be
integrated with the proposed market.
Just glad there seems to be excitement and energy again.

That's true. But you don't see people looking for a hotel in Ocean to
be there for the fair do you? haha.
People from the surrounding areas come to Ocean for the fair. They
know its there, so if they want to, they go. AP has a beach and a big
boardwalk. A boardwalk that will hopefully have cool things on it in the
future.
That's enough of a reason alone to go! Look at somewhere like Point pleasent,
what's there? If you take away the boardwalk, rides, stores and food... whats
left? There is a dowtown area, but it's not much. The boardwalk and it's
attractions along are enough to bring in a lot of people! Anything you add
to that is bonous. Ap has the Convention hall, Casino, and Paramount. Were
already ahead!
Just make sure the boardwalk and what's on it is good, and people will
migrate all over.
