Respectfully Jack I don't think I missed that point.  Go back to 
yesterday's post between Dan the Man and me.  He suggested we start 
to severely punish the employers.  I asked "When can we start?"

I'm all for punishing the employers.  The problem is those laws are 
on the books, but President Bush is refusing to enforce them.  
That's why his apporoval rating is 29%.  If he passes a bill that 
includes amnesty, I predict he will be at 19%.
