Believe me, i've done the same kind of thing. Still and all, people are scared of the city. It's hard to get rid of a 30 year old bad reputation when it comes to crime. You can build nice restaraunts, stores, and condos...but people won't come unless they feel safe, and that's the bottom line. I'm talking about changing peoples minds, and attracting new people. Yesterdays APP story about the shooting on Church street just set us back big time, and it's not the APP's fault for running it.
