How else do you propose to stop people from hogging the parking so its available for customers? The parking has been a real big problem. And as I am fond of saying, NO PARKING IS FREE. Believe me, there are a multitude of whitepapers on this. Parking always has a cost regardless of whether a fee is charged or not.
