I guess the biggest question (probably the only one), is, what's more important 
to the downtown now...employees/residents parking in a convenient spot for them 
all day long or having open spots for patrons who have not been able to park 
for years?

Employees and residents are parking elsewhere, and this is the result. Like I 
said, in my opinion they should've started with just Cookman, and expanded from 
there if the need was shown to be valid.

It's exactly like what has happened in my neighborhood.
