This is cool, but it would be much cooler (and better I think) to have the wiki be self hosted. i.e. a git repository with a post commit script which builds the page using asciidoc and posts it. Or using a CGI script maybe you could make a more usual wiki interface. It seems to me this would a) be neat because it would demonstrate the power, usage, and flexibility of asciidoc, and b) provide more consistent styling. An example of this using org-mode can be found at:
http://orgmode.org/worg/ Org-mode is a major mode for Emacs which can be used for GTD, literate programing, outlining, publishing and more, and a competitor in some sense with asciidoc. If we were going to implement a self hosted wiki via git or CGI interface I would be willing to help out, but I don't know where to host the site. Perhaps someone knopws of free hosting, or is willing to provide hosting?
