Forgot to mention that I printed this using Chromium browser. I tried
the same thing with Firefox and the output was missing some of the
math here and there. Not sure what this is all about since (on Ubuntu
Linux at least) I presume these two browsers are using the same PDF/PS
print driver. Maybe not?
