Tried this again using Firefox. Same result. Okay using Chromium. Saved the result at: http://quaoar.us:8080/mathjax/output.pdf
so you can see what I am referring to by "missing math" in this case. Thanks for the letting me know that this seems to be about my system and that your Firefox version is not affected.
