My book file contains this code:

I upgraded to 8.6.7 and found, to my surprise ("horror" would be a good
word) that a2x was attempting to include colo.asc[] even though that line
is commented out. I ran for the exits (reinstalled 8.6.4), but now that
things have calmed down I'd be curious as to what might be going on here.
