Hi,

The problem doesn't happen for me, asciidoc git HEAD, fop 1.0, docbook-xsl
1.76, evince 3.6

Any way Asciidoc has no influence on the document layout, in fact Asciidoc
does not even generate the toc.

The problem is in docbook-xsl or fop or evince.
