Thanks for all the answers. Still have some doubts.

In TCAP/MAP ASN.1 standard documentation there are:
- Operation packages like
locationUpdatingPackage-v3  OPERATION-PACKAGE ::= {
 CONSUMER INVOKES {
  updateLocation}
 SUPPLIER INVOKES {
  forwardCheckSs-Indication} }

which I don't know what are them for, how to use them and in what module
should be defined?
