I have a general question. I am new to dot new from Java. In java I would
write a class that does all the database stuff. It would open the
connection clean it up, even fill and return the objects. With asp.net,
binding, etc what is the best practice for database programming? I haven't
found any good info on the web yet but I might not be searching for the
correct things. I am assuming you would still want to encapsulate all your
data access in one place but we all know what happens when one assumes. :-)
