Your ISP has to create a SQLserver database.

Once they create it you can access it using Access Data Projects (ADP
files). They are a great way to access and create and manipulate
SQLserver databases.

You can also download the SQLserver client tools (Enterprise Manager,
Query Analyzer) so you can manage the database the ISP created for
you.
