You also should download MSDE (which is a throughput limited version
of SQLserver 100% same capabilities) if you want to create SQLserver
DBs locally in addition to the ones  your ISP creates.

Anything created in MSDE is just like SQLserver EXACTLY. So you can
learn everything SQLserver does by playing with MSDE.
