Is it necessary to call for BANDH against the killing of ULFA veteran Rabin Handique by alleged Security forces??? ULFA has called for 12hrs Assam Bandh on 8th Sept. How when they will understand the real problems of common people?????

Yes it is a good balanced article showing excesses by the army and the terror of the militants/terrorists. Not much is mentioned about development in the region or lack thereof.
