I wonder who is the author of this account. This does not appear to be the
whole truth. As far as I know there were a few properly British administered
districts except the Tuensang area, which was described as partially
administered.
I also find it odd that there was no mention of late Mr A Z Phizo, the
first revolutionary leader of the Naga Hills.
It is just a query. As I have no books or records of any kind, I cannot
properly argue the matter with you.
