If this site is correct history of
expedition to Everest, I don't see any Indian except for the 3 expeditions
during 1960 to 1965.
I see some Sherpas though.
Would you investigate why your
records are not listed here?
One of the report must be wrong.
We must establish the
facts.
If the above report is correct, one
can see from records that an Indian is not too much of a climber which is
however not a news.
Cricket, Chess etc as you know
donot need much physical strength or stamina.
I donot know about Kabbadi. I don't
think it is even known in places like Assam, Bengal, Bihar
etc.
We are talking about games and
sports like Football, Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Long Jump, High jump, 100
meter run, Marathon run, Swiming, Biking, Mountain
climbing etc.
We Indians must have an asnwer why
we Indians are not good sportsmen.
We no longer can give the excuse that Indians are poor.
