Thanks Krishnendu. I tend to forget that but remember it now - they have to be 
careful....
 
But had i taken the pre-paid deal instead of falling for the sales talk of that 
 "hard-working" looking young entrepreneur, I could have spared my dad/family 
the pain of getting those "unpaid" bills (it is extremely difficult to go back 
and forth, - taat-baati karha - to their corporate office even if it is nearby 
at Fancy Bazaar, if one is elderly/works all day/or does not own a vehicle) 
even after the account was closed as the contract said - whereas the sim card 
was also surrendered. 
 
It is just hard to see someone trying to take advantage of the situation and 
not being able to do anything. 
 
Meditation helps oneself but does not help when it comes to seeing others being 
taken advantage of. :)
