BTW, what is this case about   "No-BANDH" ?  Who is the plaintiff, 
her standing to file the suit, and his
evidence/justification and under what circumstances? Is it a lawsuit 
to make "bondhos" illegal for ALL occasions? Or are there exceptions? 
It will be interesting to learn about them.
