Above that look at the photograph titled"Monsoon Wreaks Havoc" published in today's Times Of India (sory I couldn't find the link). Can anybody explain to Editor(s), "Hingora" river can't come to Guwahati from Lakhimpur about 400km away from Guwahati for the sake of reporting!!!!! Dr.Sashanka
