NRAs belong to Assam's top of the pyramid!
It's good that they went out of Assam to make room for others and grab opportunities from the locals, whereever they are. Assam will need their soft power. Their ideas for conceiving projects, syndication of funds, pushing in resources, project management, indicating the best practices available elsewhere, lastly in pointing out the malaises infesting the society. It's very difficult to digest the feedbacks, and requires a large heart and open mind. Also feedbacks are issued only by friends and well wishers! Because they do care and want the situation to improve. They want reasons to feel proud of! Some may say NRA means Not Required in Assam. It's democrazy raiz, sabore koboloi hok ase!!
