To be practical:
Equal crime partner: In case if you are taking
advantage of the situation in your favor. e.g. bribing
TT for seat reservation in crowded train.
In other cases, its MAJBOORI. If you have to wait 7
days to get your electricity fixed, and then pay
RS.1000 so that they come and fix it. Its not criminal
on the part of giver at all.
