Hi Everybody As you are aware, Ulfa's 28th Battalion ( A & C Cos) have given a proposal for ceasefire. I alonwith my cameraman were the only guys from the national media, barring Telegraph, to travel deep into Ulfa heartland at Sadiya. The video link is given below. It appeared in an abridged version.
