One of the unpleasant attributes of the software with which the PoO is rendered
(Adobe FrameMaker) is that it occasionally gets its knickers tied in a knot
rendering two-column material. This is the case in programming-note 1 on page
10-184. For an instruction description, programming notes usually follow the
description of any program exceptions. FrameMaker somehow got it into its head
that there was a page-wide text break immediately above the programming notes,
thus it began rendering the notes in the left column. PN#1 actually continues
immediately to the right, under the list of program exceptions. (This has been
a known FM bug for over 10 years; but, as with many software vendors, there's
little money to be made in fixing bugs.)

Regarding SIGP order code 20 (0x14): As I recall, this is used only by the LPAR
hypervisor, and should not have appeared in the external PoO. Since I'm now
retired, I don't have access to the internal stuff any more, but I don't
believe order code 20 is available to a logical partition or virtual machine.
So, don't sweat it.
