I am deeply saddened to report that John passed away this morning (Tuesday, 20 February 2018) following a protracted battle with cancer. His wife, Tineke, reports: "He died in his sleep, and is now at peace and pain free. John will be cremated; in the near future there will be a memorial service at our church in Palo Alto." I will convey any further information on the memorial to this listing. Unless stated otherwise above: IBM United Kingdom Limited - Registered in England and Wales with number 741598.
