I'm pretty sure one of the popular PDF readers could convert it into a proper
interleaved, book-type, 2-up format that Staples could print duplex for you to
fold and staple down the middle.

the idea of spiral binding them from a vendor who said he hands them out to
customers, who in turn seem to love them, but that information is second-hand
so don't give it a lot of weight.) I find it easier to hand-write small notes
in a Reference Summary than in a Principles Of Operation.
