It wasn't as cheap as I had hoped, and I wasn't printing enough for a bulk 
discount.  I seem to recall it was a little over 100 USD for 6-8 copies.  If 
you can manipulate the PDF file so that there are two copies per physical page 
then the printing costs would come down (cutting/trimming costs were 
negligible) but the binding costs would remain the same.
