554 5.7.1 failed SPF: paypal.com: Sender is not authorized by default to use
'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' in 'mfrom' identity, however domain is not currently
prepared for false failures (mechanism '~all' matched)

This error message is given to someone who tries to mail with a paypal.com
domain.
Although the message is correct, it is not very clear for someone who isn't
familiar with Anti-spam features.

I can imagine that a system-engineer that does some research on SPF would
come to the conclusion that our server is incorrect because it is supposed
to receive the message (softfail).

Maybe something like:

"Although paypal.com is using "softfail", we have chosen to block mails that
are not within the scope of their SPF"
