This is already invented and built in ASSP 2.0 : FBMTV And I think we did it better: we are not using an addition header. We use the message-id to transport such an information, and we restore the message-id to original when a messages arrives with such an addition. We think ASSP FBMTV is quite a perfect backscatter detection (and it is unique to ASSP).
