ASSP uses the 'URIBLCCTLDS.txt' file (building a regex to detect URI's).
This file is a combination of the two other files (done by assp). Because
we do a 'mirror' of the files 'URIBLCCTLDS-L2.txt' and
'URIBLCCTLDS-L3.txt' , these files are distributed.

Thanks GreyHat (As always).
There's 3 files in the distribution:
URIBLCCTLDS.txt
URIBLCCTLDS-L2.txt
URIBLCCTLDS-L3.txt
The first one has the comment:
# two level TLDs
The other two have no comment, but I assume that the L3 file is the Level
3
tlds.
The URIBLCCTLDS.txt file seems to have 2nd and 3rd level tlds.
I'm thinking that I should just copy the 2nd and 3rd level data from
http://george.surbl.org/two-level-tlds and
http://george.surbl.org/three-level-tlds, but don't want to cause any
problems.
I guess my question should have been why does the distribution have these
3
files included when ASSP seems to want everything in one file?
