That's right - will change it to be unchangeable in the GUI.

I just noticed that my L2 and L3 files haven't changed since Dec 14, 2010
and March 18, 2010 respectively. Is that right? Looking at the code, it
appears that they should be downloaded from surbl.org.
If they're updated automatically and combined to become the URIBLCCTLDS
file, why do we have this file editable and configurable? As usual, I
guess
I'm just not following....
