I wasn't clear - by 'hard-coded', I meant 'pre-filled in' - meaning, 
just have the 'assmtp dot org' domain already added to the 'local 
domains' list, and '@box150.bluehost.com' to the noProcessing list - 
with explanatory text, so the admin could always delete them if they wanted.

I agree, actually *hard-coding* them directly into the code itself would 
be bad...
