Thanks for the feedback.  As you can see, I am still trying to figure out 
the best configuration for our organization, and I appreciate all the info 
that has been provided.  I would love to hear your reasoning behind the need 
to sandwich ASSP between MTAs when you have a moment or two next week.  I 
guess these are the concepts that come from experience, as I can't think of 
any even after reading all the documentation I have found on ASSP.
