Actually, it's still in single thread, but tries to emulate multi-tasking. At the price of hacky, error-prone code and memory leaks on older Perls. Has some features like rebuild-less Bayes db (email interface non functional yet). I'am looking at STARTTLS functionality - for this ASSP has to better understand internal state of the smtp server.
