Dear Fritz good to know you had never a negative experience !. truly every day I have to fight with spammers , hackers , bombers, fraudulent orders , and BAD hosting users which abuse the server , send spam from the server , and other bad bad activities. For this reason I get all the measures to avoid or to limit the problems. I am starting to use assp for web hosting, currently already installed on some server , so the answer to your question is "no problem for now , assp is excellent, and it works much much better than spam assassin" . I specially love the fact that it use very few cpu compared with spam assassin . The only problem is "validate sender" . For now I have a list like @domain1.com @domain2.com @domain3.com but as discussed on another mailing this kind of flat list doesn't repair the server from dictionary email attacks. I'm trying to install ldap on my cpanel servers , but I have no idea how to create an ldap database starting from cpanel emails . I will try this next days. Except of this assp is fantastic , and works great . I also created a web interface where client can activate or deactivate some filter (rbl , bayes and others). However I see forward . Since every day I fight with bad users don't respecting tos , I see forward. So what happens , if an user on server x , send 100000000 email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] affecting all users ? That's all . I really think that ASSP is the best antispam tool for servers , but , for my professional deviation , I see on what could be happen from bad users. Graziano
