My $.02 (I'm not an authority on Wiki's but I'm trying) Once entered into the Wiki, the info becomes GPL'd unless otherwise noted. Author post info is always available via other means (history, etc), and other reference credits I think are only applicable in original work not directly related to documentation and thought (like scripts, apps, etc).
