Like Eric, I'm just laying this out there for whatever its worth.
Michael, if you send from, say, a gmail account to the same users with
the attachment, do you experience the same issue?
What about a different attachment to the same to/cc combination?
I'm just wondering if it's some type of bit wise snafu somewhere.
If you need, I can setup a web based email account on my server for you
to send from if testing from gmail, hotmail, and others won't work for
you. Email off-list.
If you have a sniffer, I would try and capture the entire combination as
well just in case.
