Nope.  And there actually no attachment involved in this issue.

But there is no attachment! :-|  I have tried all sorts of combinations
of to, cc, and bcc.  The only thing that doesn't fail to this recipient
from this particular sender is if it is sent *only* to this particular
recipient.

The core issue is that if there is more than one recipient (in the to,
cc, or bcc), it gets to all recipients except this one particular
address.  ASSP rejects it as a bad attachment.  It allows the message
through to the other recipients listed.

I thought about it, but this is some sort of processing issue within
ASSP.  The bad attachment rejecting is only occurring with one
particular recipient when sent from one particular sender.
