I agree, if all bayesian can do is get the last 1% then it is not worth the
risk of a false positive.  The 30% number came from 43 days of collecting
data.  There were a few false positives early on, but not in the last thirty
days.  I did not have greylisting turned on.  It is on now and I will look
for a difference in stats over the next few weeks.

My test server is processing email for three very small domains.  About 8500
messages have been processed out of 24000 attempted connections.  Roughly
1500 were let through, 3000 were stopped by bayesian and the rest by other
filters.  I do not use surbl.
