OK, so this isn't an issue per se with the documentation itself, but a
lack of understand of the fundamental differences between SMTP and POP -
and that ASSP only applies to SMTP (regardless of the POP before SMTP
function).

So, additional supplemental references or documentation highlighting the
differences would be helpful for new MTA administrators...  ?
