I sent a few examples of the delay. Hopefully they were received okay.

I checked the override default settings area as suggested and the

enable delay option was set to 1.  Is that normal?

So I am guessing that I should set it to 0?
 I did this  to see if that will fix the issue.

The ASSP install was performed by a network team member so I am not sure if 
any settings were overwritten and do not know if that setting is set to 0 or 
1 by default.
