Well....first off those don't look very much like ASSP logs, those would 
help. :)

Second that looks like normal Delaying activity, "451 4.7.1 Please try 
again later".

Though this log "Sender address rejected: unverified address" is 
suspicious. (read: possible cause)

(Disclaimer)
I don't have much experience with Postfix, I only use it as a relay 
behind ASSP, I know enough to setup that and not much more.

So here is my advice:
Turn off the 'NOOP' option and see if that is causing the issue.
Turn off Delaying until your whitelist is builtup a bit more.
Don't use the SMTP banner delay, I never saw any benefit and it will aid 
in debugging since thats one less thing.

Check the Address(s) the email in question was sent to.
If one of the addresses was invalid for some reason that will cause the 
"503 5.5.1 Error: nested MAIL command" response according to some quick 
google-fu.

Are you using any of the "Validate Local Addresses" options in ASSP 
right now?
