Hello, We're currently looking at replacing our mail server (IMail) with a different product, hopefully open-source. We've moved our mailing lists off to a Mailman server, and are now looking at possibilities for the core functions.
One of the big pains in my world is the organizational desire to have vacation message functionality without replies going to bulk mailings or list posts based on either the Precedence header or the existence of List-??? headers. IMail does a good job of not sending to lists hosted on the same server, but has no functionality to turn off replies based on the headers. (At least, I haven't found it, and when I contacted Ipswitch support they told me that feature didn't exist.) I know this is not a spam issue, but I have a great deal of respect for the knowledge of this group. If anyone has recommendations for products to look at or to avoid, I would greatly appreciate the input.
