Sorry, I had a typo in the URL - I'm trying to do this remotely and Copy/Paste stopped working between my workstation and the server.
ppm install --force Mail::SPF returns: Downloading ActiveState Package Repository packlist...not modified ppm install failed: Don't know how to unpack http://trouchelle.com/ppm/MSWin32-x86-multi-thread-5.8/Mail-SPF-v2.005.zip Is it perhaps depending on something I don't have installed?
