I believe 5.10 only "lacks" modules in terms of Windows PPM repository users. Any required modules should be manually build-able.

Personally, I see no reason not to stick with the current 5.8 release: 5.8.8(822), as it's well established and stable. 5.10 is not a necessary upgrade, and is relatively new.

On that note, I have still not been able to find a PPM release of PDF::OCR. My current ASSP installer script can currently handle everything except for that. Running 5.8(822), it has no issues with installing Mail::SPF.
