Here's an idea I'd like get some comments on, related to my prior post
about APEWS.

I'd like to weight DNSBL services. I'm thinking something like (1) two
RBLServiceProvider lists: hits on one level would block email and hits
on the second level would score neutral, or (2) a weighting system, like
"zen.spamhaus.org:2|bl.spamcop.net|...", where the ":2" would count a
Spamhaus hit as two hits while SpamCop would be a normal single hit.
Either method would allow DNSBLs with a high accuracy rating like
Spamhaus or UCE Level 1 could block or score higher than those that are
too aggressive like APEWS or UCE Level 3.

I personally prefer #1, but that means we'll probably need two
RBLmaxreplies and two RBLmaxhits, too (creatively RBLServiceProvider2,
RBLmaxreplies2, RBLmaxhits2). ;-) #2 seems like a simpler
implementation with no additional admin fields or configuration. Or we
could do both! :-)

Any opinions about either method? Is anybody else interested in
weighting DNSBL?
