IMHO if a copy arrives at the sendallspam address and the original is
blocked that has the same effect as a redirect.

The sendAllSpam address has some more features:

> Copy Spam and Send to this Address(sendAllSpam)
>
>If this is set ASSP will deliver a copy of spam emails to this
>address. For example: [email protected]. The literal USERNAME
>(case sensitive) is replaced by the user part of the recipient, the
>literal DOMAIN (case sensitive) is replaced by the domain part of the
>recipient. For example: [email protected], username+s...@domain,
>catchallspamt...@domain

And there is even a catchallspam per domain:

>Copy Spam and Send to this Address per Domain* (ccSpamInDomain)
>
>ASSP will deliver an additional copy of spam emails of a domain to
>this address - if matched. For example:
>[email protected]|[email protected].
