Another good reason is simple access... responsible ISP's already block
outbound port 25, and almost all free wi-fi access points do, so forcing
them to change will only avoid this headache in  the future when they
compain about not being able to connect because their formerly
irresponsible but now-finally-getting-on-board ISP started blocking
outbound port 25.
