we have more than one pub ip in use
assp just uses one, pix uses another

so install something on the assp box that wont interfere, but will listen
on the private port 125 and send to the public directly on 25, and dont use
the ASSP relay port settings etiher because they will interfere with this
new mta, right?

we cant use the ISP because of size restrictions

right now gwise mta points to assp on linux, and all emails to local domain
assp.local or somecrazydns.com bound back as domain unknown or something,
aka ASSP doesnt work for outgoing wl or email intfc
